Boston facial plastic surgeon Linda Lee named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for fifth year

Linda N. Lee, MD, has been recognized as a 2025 Castle Connolly Top Doctor, the fifth time she has received the esteemed Top Doctor honor.

Only about 7 percent of the nation's licensed physicians are chosen annually as Castle Connolly Top Doctors in their regions for their specialties.

Dr. Lee is a double-board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Cosmetic and Facial Plastic Surgery Center in Boston. She specializes in personalized cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head, and neck, with expertise in advanced minimally invasive procedures.

These include facelifts ("mini" and full); neck lifts; cosmetic rhinoplasty; functional septorhinoplasty; eyelid surgery/blepharoplasty; and hair restoration, as well as the repair of facial trauma, skin cancer reconstruction, and facial paralysis treatments.

Dr. Lee also performs a number of non-surgical facial-rejuvenation procedures, including the injection of dermal fillers, BOTOX®, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy.

Dr. Lee has served as an assistant professor of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at Harvard Medical School since 2018, where she helps train residents and medical students. Since 2013, she has also served as the associate chief of plastic surgery at Atrius Health.

Dr. Lee is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in medicine. She currently serves as Vice-President of DEI for the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, working to promote greater representation and inclusion in the field.
